DonkeyRadar ("the Service") is operated by DKT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides statistical analysis of horse racing markets and generates lay-betting signals based on historical performance data. We are a data analysis service, not a bookmaker, tipster, or gambling operator. We do not place bets on your behalf, handle your funds, or guarantee any outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in gambling activities in your jurisdiction. If gambling is restricted or prohibited where you live, you must not use this Service for betting purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are created fraudulently, or are used to redistribute our signals without permission.
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. All prices are displayed inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — no partial refunds are given for unused time.
We may offer trial periods at a reduced rate. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price unless you cancel before the trial expires.
All signals are generated algorithmically from historical data. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any signal will result in a profit. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make based on our signals, including the amounts you stake and the platforms you use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DKT Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from betting, trading, or investment decisions made in reliance on our signals. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during that period.
All content, algorithms, data, and design on the Service are owned by DKT Solutions. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our signals, analysis, or any proprietary content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted within the scope of your subscription plan.
You agree not to: scrape, reverse-engineer, or programmatically access the Service except through provided interfaces; share your account credentials with others; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent plan limitations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
